Buying on iTred
How do I find vendors near me?
Type your town or city in the search box, with or without a product ("tyres harare"). Every word must match, in any order: a product, a vendor or a place.
How do I contact a vendor?
Tap a product to see it, then tap WhatsApp: it opens a chat with that vendor, with your interest already noted. Orders you send also reach the vendor's shop, and you can message them under the order in Your Orders.
Why do some listings disappear?
Each listing is up for a set time. When it ends it disappears until the shop lists it again. Ask the vendor on WhatsApp whether the item is still available, or check back later.

How do I get my products listed?
List your products in seiGEN Commerce Lite, then send your product photos to us over WhatsApp. Our team reviews everything before it goes live.
How many products can I list?
Up to 200 products at a time.
How do I keep my listing active?
Send us an updated set of photos before the 7-day window ends. There's no limit on how often you can refresh.
Does it cost anything?
seiGEN Commerce Lite is free to try for your first 30 days. After that, there's a fee for implementation — things like stocktake (if needed), app setup, and getting your shop running on it. Contact us for pricing.
Becoming an RPN
What is an RPN?
A Revenue Partner — an individual or a group we work with to onboard and support vendors, working within one chosen city, as part of the Revenue Partner Network.
Am I an RPN once I apply?
Not yet. Every application is reviewed and verified by our team first. Once approved, you'll appear on the Verified Partners list.
How long does verification take?
We review applications as they come in — if you haven't heard back and want an update, message us.

About this site
iTred Market Place is operated by Digital Commerce, a distribution channel for seiGEN Commerce Infrastructure products, operating under license. seiGEN Commerce Lite, seiGEN Commerce POS, seiGEN Ledger, farmPLAN, Livestock Manager Lite and PressCRAFT are seiGEN Commerce Infrastructure products.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — through the Contact form, the RPN application, and product images and details vendors send us via WhatsApp for listing on Market Space.
Vendor marketing files
Product photos and details are sent to us voluntarily by vendors over WhatsApp. We review every image and product before anything is published publicly, and vendors may ask us to remove a listing at any time.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to operate Market Space, evaluate RPN applications, respond to enquiries, and improve the products listed on this site. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Terms of Business

1. What you can submit to Market Space
Vendors may submit up to 200 real products they currently stock and can fulfil. Each product must have a clear, accurate photo, a true product name, correct pricing, quantity available, and (where relevant) a minimum order quantity. Submissions must represent goods the vendor is legally entitled to sell.
2. Prohibited content
The following is never permitted in any image, product name, description, or search keyword submitted to iTred:
• Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive imagery
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful wording
• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or unsafe goods
• Misleading claims, false pricing, or doctored images
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness
3. Fair competition
Vendors must not use iTred to disparage, impersonate, undercut through misleading pricing, copy another vendor's listings or photos, or otherwise engage in unfair competition against other vendors on the platform. Listings found to breach this may be removed without notice.
4. Review and removal
Every submission is reviewed by our team before publishing, and nothing is published automatically. We may reject, edit for compliance, or remove any listing at any time, including listings that were previously approved, if they're later found to breach these terms.
5. Listing duration
Approved listings stay visible and searchable for 7 days from the date submitted. Vendors must resubmit to keep a listing active.
6. Vendor responsibility
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of what they list, for honouring the price and availability shown, and for complying with all applicable laws in how they trade. iTred is a discovery platform connecting buyers and vendors — the sale itself happens directly between them, and iTred is not a party to that transaction.
7. Using our software products
These terms also cover your use of seiGEN Commerce Lite, seiGEN Commerce POS, seiGEN Ledger, farmPLAN, Livestock Manager Lite, and PressCRAFT (including eClass) — collectively, the seiGEN Commerce Infrastructure products, distributed by Digital Commerce under license.
• License: we grant you a non-exclusive license to install and use these products for your own business or personal operations. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the software.
• Your data: these apps are built offline-first and store your business data on your own device. You are responsible for backing it up — we don't hold a copy and can't recover data lost from your device.
• No warranty: products are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Updates & availability: features may change as products are updated, and products marked "coming soon" are still in development — their final features may differ from what's described here.
• Fees: seiGEN Commerce Lite is free for your first 30 days. After that, implementation is chargeable — including stocktake (if needed), app setup, and related onboarding activities. Any other product or feature that carries a fee will be clearly stated before you're charged.
• Trial & implementation: the 30-day trial gives you time to evaluate the app before committing. Implementation fees cover the work needed to get your shop running on it, and are quoted before work begins.
• Listing on iTred: using a product's export or listing feature to publish to Market Space is additionally governed by sections 1–5 above.
8. RPN conduct
Revenue Partners (RPNs) must represent iTred honestly when onboarding vendors, submit only accurate vendor and applicant information, and operate solely within the city they were verified for. RPNs are independent partners engaged on a freelance/commission basis, not employees of Digital Commerce.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iTred after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
